  • Day 01 /The Essential Tool: Your Private Journal

    Day One focuses on your journal as the first vault of your inner wealth.
    Sacred writing serves as a mirror of truth, as journaling restores clarity and self-trust.
    Invite your Inner Voice onto the page.
    Includes a gentle journaling prompt and affirmation.



  • Day 02 / The Power of Positive Self-Talk

    On Day Two, we focus on reprogramming the mind to speak in currency, not criticism.

    We will explore the Mind-body-energy connection, create affirmations and mantras as wealth-building blocks, and conclude with Tap & Talk: an EFT-style cue for releasing negative loops of self-talk.

  • Day 03 /Escaping the Comparison Trap

    Let’s unhook from comparing ourselves to others through the social mirror. Instead, focus on the soul mirror, where your true, unique self shines. Being incomparable means celebrating your one-of-a-kind existence. Try journaling about your unique gifts, dreams, and quirks to connect with this truth and release the false belief that you're not enough.


  • Day 04/ Healing Emotional Scars

    Here we learn how to turn pain into inner power and identify what trauma steals from self-love.

    Converting wounds into wisdom when you learn how to use visualization or the inner child check-in.

  • Day 05/ Transcending the Perfectionism Trap

    Here we learn to let go of ego-based “ideal self”. In Buddhist Paramita wisdom perfectionism is about acknowledgning our challenges to apply skillful means to overcome our flawls.

    This is a lifelong practice of releasing judgmental control, and anchoring in compassion. Journal prompts and sample affirmations included.

  • Day 06/ Cultivating a Self-Love Mindset

    Discover the foundational practices that nurture a deep, compassionate relationship with yourself. Learn how to identify and release limiting beliefs that undermine your worth, and cultivate daily habits that reinforce your value, and embrace vulnerability as a path.

  • Day 07/ Embracing the Fear of Failure

    We learn to honor fear as a rite of passage into who we are yet to become. In this module, we examine how fear is both a deceiver and a worthy teacher.

    Your transformational action will be to write a love letter to your fears, and how to get into the mindset for that.

    Your embodied breath cue will be: “I can do this even afraid.”

  • Day 08/ Unlocking Self-Compassion

    How often have you felt yourself melting the self-criticism that stifles your prosperity?

    Self-compassion allows you to create a sanctuary of understanding within so all the issues of fear, perfectionism, emotional scars, and more do not prevent you from moving forward.

    You will learn the practice of a Loving-kindness meditation.

    Affirmation mantra: “I am worthy of grace, not judgment.”

  • Day 09/ Breaking Free from Unhealthy Relationships

    Imagine loving yourself enough to walk away from the emotional, energetic, and financial cost of toxicity in your relationships calling for your courage to move on.

    In this module we will build a guided script: “Dear ____: I release you with love.”, and you will write it to serve you.

    Tap cue: Reclaiming self-worth from entanglements.

  • Day 10/ Wealth Through Self-Care

    When was the last time you treated yourself like someone you value deeply?

    Self-love isn’t indulgence; it’s preparation for greatness!

    Your practice will be to “Craft your Personal Prosperity Ritual”.

    Sacred close: “I will not abandon myself anymore.”

Each expiring mini-audio course (Emac) is a 20-30 minute, three-day virtual event designed for you to learn at your own pace.

At the end of 72 hours, access will expire, or you may purchase the chapter to extend your study time at your leisure.
